Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is the main airport of Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province, in the southeast of China. It is one of the three largest air hubs in China, opened to the public in 2004.

Serving more than 110 air routes from Guangzhou to over 100 domestic and international cities, the airport has an average annual passenger flow volume of about 25 million. The domestic flights go to Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Kunming, Chongqing, Haikou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guiyang, Ningbo and Lianyungang. The direct international flights are to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Osaka, Seoul, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Tokyo, Jakarta, Taipei, Hong Kong, Sydney, Amsterdam, Frankfort, Paris and New York.
